As a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) at our franchise location in Metro New Jersey, you will oversee the business operations of a designated client service area. This outside B2B account management role involves providing on-site support, encompassing training, onboarding new clients, conducting inspections of contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. You will also address customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate site visits, and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and contractors. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, sourcing supplies, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all facets of assigned client relationships, focusing on retention, growth, and diversification of City Wide's building solutions and products.
- Developing and managing customized service strategies and schedules for each client.
- Negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients for additional services, including pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Managing all contractor relationships, including hiring, pricing negotiations, and ensuring compliance with service specifications.
- Maintaining excellence in quality and client satisfaction through thorough inspections and follow-up.
- Supervising Night Managers to ensure execution of client strategies and proper service delivery.
- Promoting and procuring supplies for client needs.
- Effectively communicating client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations, promptly addressing any arising concerns.
- Utilizing City Wide's CRM for client inspections, managing additional charges, and scheduling activities.
- Updating and maintaining all necessary documentation, including Building Information Sheets (BIS) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Identifying potential accounts in your territory, particularly in new construction.
- Collaborating with the Director of Operations and Night Managers to resolve client complaints and service deficiencies.
