Experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Gusto or legal case management systems is advantageous. Experience in payroll journal entries. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with client interactions via video or phone. Experience in legal three-way trust reconciliation is a plus.

Role Overview: As our Legal Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records for our clients, ensuring precise account reconciliations, and generating accurate financial reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is essential; knowledge of Gusto and law firm case management systems is a plus.
  • Experience in recording payroll journal entries.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable conducting client calls via Zoom or phone to discuss bookkeeping issues.
  • Bonus points for expertise in legal three-way trust reconciliation!
