OneCrew serves paving contractors who value clear, direct answers: why choose us, why now, and why not someone else? Strong positioning matters, but it’s only as good as the outcomes it creates, pipeline, closed deals, and revenue.
This is OneCrew’s first marketing leadership hire. The Product Marketing Manager - Marketing Lead will own our market positioning and turn it into measurable growth. This is a strategic go-to-market role, not a support function. Expect to work closely with product, sales, and executive teams to define our value and make sure it translates into business impact.
What You’ll Do
Positioning and Messaging
- Lead positioning work for three main segments:
- Scaling paving operations
- Mid-market commercial paving
- PE-backed roll-ups and enterprise
- Update messaging frameworks, value propositions, and sales narratives so both the market and sales team understand our edge
Pipeline and Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Prioritize target segments for revenue efficiency
- Develop campaign strategies across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and events
- Keep messaging consistent across every buyer interaction
Work with agencies and tools to execute, but own the strategy and results.
Sales Enablement
- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
- Develop objection handling and competitive positioning materials
- Build ROI models and demo narratives
- Design email sequences and follow-up frameworks
Collaborate closely with Glenn and the Account Executive team. Join calls, spot where deals stall, and address issues by improving messaging, positioning, or process. Help clear any roadblocks to closing business.
Product Launches and GTM Execution
Manage end-to-end launches for new features, from shaping the story to introducing them in the market.

This role is based in OneCrew’s San Francisco FiDi office.
