About the job
Are you passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children with autism? Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will help children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. Your work will empower children to reach their fullest potential.
We seek individuals who are compassionate, patient, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. However, you must be prepared for the dynamic nature of working with children, which may involve various physical activities, such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have positively influenced the lives of children and their families. If you’re ready to take this rewarding journey with us, apply today!
