About the Role and Mission
As a Senior Customer Success Analyst, you will be the guardian of relationships with our high-value clients (High Income and Private clients), ensuring an exceptional and proactive experience that positions Inter as their primary banking choice.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized support to High Income and Private Banking clients, ensuring a differentiated, personalized, and high-standard experience;
- Proactively manage and track client requests, serving as the focal point for internal departments to ensure agility and effectiveness in handling issues;
- Resolve complex operational demands, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients;
- Guide and support clients on various account-related inquiries, anticipating needs and offering comprehensive solutions;
- Engage in both inbound and outbound communications through internal channels (phone, WhatsApp, and email), adopting a consultative approach with a focus on first-contact resolution.
