GBG seeks two Business Development Directors - Solutions Specialists to join the Customer Growth Team in Manchester, New Hampshire. These roles are individual contributor positions, each focused on either Fraud & Identity Data or Know Your Business (KYB). Both positions report to the SVP of Customer Growth and play a central part in expanding GBG’s reach in the U. S. market.
Role overview
Each specialist will concentrate on one solution area, either Fraud & Identity Data or KYB. The core goal: drive revenue growth by supporting both existing clients and new prospects. Collaboration is key. These roles work closely with Customer Relationship Managers and New Business Sales teams to identify, shape, and secure opportunities.
What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Customer Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to increase adoption of GBG’s solutions
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor, translating complex offerings into clear value for clients
- Spot new use cases and promote solution adoption within strategic accounts
- Lead targeted, value-driven conversations to uncover growth opportunities
- Stay up to date on developments in fraud, identity, and regulatory compliance
