Your Impact
Pearce is looking for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team, focusing on the servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters located at Cell Tower sites. This fast-paced role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, eager to travel, and keen to learn and develop their skills in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position; candidates should reside in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain cooling systems through diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing system components.
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Perform upgrades or additional maintenance on out-of-season HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency situations.
- Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
- Safely operate and maintain a motor vehicle in compliance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Core Experience
- Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
