Your Role

Pearce Services is actively seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems at telecom shelters situated at cell tower sites. This is an exhilarating position ideal for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, enthusiastic about travel, and eager to advance their careers within the telecom sector. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Arlington Heights, Illinois area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance assessments and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Execute additional maintenance or upgrades to seasonal HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-outs.
  • Accurately complete daily work reports in a timely manner.
  • Safely operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance stipulations.
