To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred). Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

Your Impact

Pearce is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to enhance our team by servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment at telecom shelters situated on Cell Tower sites. This dynamic role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, eager to travel, and committed to growing their skills in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position, and candidates should reside in the Daytona Beach, Florida area.

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
  • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-out services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
  • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and in compliance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
