Your Contribution

Pearce is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our dynamic team, focusing on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems in telecom shelters located at cell tower sites. This role is fast-paced and rewarding, ideal for individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, and eager to travel while advancing their skills within the telecommunications industry. This position is regional; candidates should reside in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install components of comprehensive cooling systems.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and routine maintenance on HVAC units.
  • Perform necessary maintenance and upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, including emergency call-outs.
  • Complete daily work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Safely operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance policies.
