This role is vital in maintaining the operational integrity of our hyperscale, multi-building data center campus. In this hands-on position, you will ensure the uptime, reliability, and performance of critical facility systems.Your responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and swift responses to alarms or incidents involving power, cooling, and networking equipment. The Critical Engineering Technician will work in various critical support areas, adhering to strict operational protocols. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, engineering, and security, as well as external vendors and contractors, is essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, 24/7 mission-critical environment.
