This role offers you the chance to engage one-on-one with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will help children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are passionate about empowering children with autism to reach their fullest potential.

Ideal candidates will possess patience, compassion, and strong teamwork abilities. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this position accessible even to those without prior experience. Please note that working with children can be unpredictable; therefore, physical stamina is required as you will be standing, walking, and performing various movements, including lifting and carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
