To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualities: A genuine passion for aiding children with autism Patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as undergo a Tuberculosis test if one has not been conducted in the past year Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Physical ability to navigate various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
