In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are not only patient and compassionate but also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Even if you lack prior experience, we provide comprehensive training to empower you to support each child effectively. Be prepared for an active and dynamic work environment, as you may be required to stand, walk, sit, bend, and lift or carry children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
