In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing challenging behaviors. Regardless of your experience level, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and ready to support each child. Be prepared for an active work environment, where you will engage in various physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
