To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Genuine passion for supporting children with autism and helping them achieve their potential. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and a recent Tuberculosis test. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are passionate about empowering children with autism to reach their fullest potential. Patience, empathy, and teamwork are essential attributes for this position.

Regardless of your experience level, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and ready to support each child. Be prepared for an active work environment, where you will engage in various physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, grasping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
