Requirements:Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and teamwork. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year). Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Capability to perform physical activities including sitting, squatting, and lifting. Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding role, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your primary responsibility will be to work one-on-one with children, utilizing evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living, while also helping to diminish challenging behaviors.
