In this rewarding role, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your primary responsibility will be to work one-on-one with children, utilizing evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living, while also helping to diminish challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel prepared and empowered to make a difference, even without prior experience.
Please note that the role may require physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as you engage actively with our clients.
