In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing customized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based strategies to teach vital communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel confident in your ability to support each child, regardless of your prior experience. Please note, this role requires physical stamina, as children can be unpredictable and require active engagement. You must be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and sometimes carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
