About the job

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding role, you will have the chance to profoundly impact the lives of children with autism.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will assist in teaching vital communication, social, and daily living skills while helping to mitigate challenging behaviors.

We are on the lookout for candidates who are passionate about empowering children with autism to reach their fullest potential. Ideal applicants will possess patience, compassion, and a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to support each child, even if you currently lack experience. It’s important to note that children can sometimes be unpredictable and may exhibit confrontational behavior; therefore, resilience and a strong spirit are essential. Enjoyment in this role often comes from engaging with active children, so you should be comfortable with various physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting, and occasionally lifting or carrying objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds.

At the end of each day, you'll leave knowing that you've made a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. Join us to become part of a dedicated team that is making a positive impact. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician!
