Qualifications

Strong desire to support children with autism. Patience and compassion in a team-oriented setting. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not done in the past year. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Capability to perform physical activities such as sitting, squatting, and bending. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification must be acquired post-onboarding.
